Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck in patterns, seeking clarity and direction, or moving through a deeper awakening, these sessions are intuitively guided to support you exactly where you are.
Your session may focus primarily on intuitive guidance and channeled messages, bringing forward insight, clarity, and perspective around what you’re currently navigating. Or, if deeper energetic support is what you need, we may focus on energy healing and clearing. Sessions may also naturally become a combination of both.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you arrive. You may have a sense of what would feel supportive, and if you don’t, I’ll intuitively guide the session based on what I’m sensing in your energy and what is asking to be supported.
When you arrive, we’ll take a moment to connect and I'll tune into your energy and guides to intuitively sense what may be most supportive for you in the moment. There is nothing you need to prepare or figure out beforehand. Simply come as you are, and trust that we’ll create the space for whatever guidance, healing, or support is most needed.
During your session, I connect with your energy and your guides to bring forward the insight and support available to you. Together, we may gently uncover what has been keeping you stuck, including subconscious or generational patterns, and bring awareness to what is ready to shift.
If energy healing or clearing is part of your session, you’ll simply lie down, relax, and receive while I work intuitively with your energy.
Every session is unique. There is no predetermined formula or one-size-fits-all approach. We follow what is ready to be seen, understood, released, or supported.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and what you’re moving through, along with greater clarity, direction, and trust in your own inner knowing.

Hi, I’m Erin - intuitive channel, psychic medium, energy healer, mentor, and passionate advocate for healing, empowerment, and self-reclamation. My work is devoted to helping others reconnect with their intuition, reclaim their power, and step into their personal sovereignity.
Since childhood, I’ve had a deep connection to Spirit and would receive messages and communication in a variety of ways. Like many sensitive souls, I eventually learned to quiet this part of myself in order to navigate the world around me. But these abilities never truly left - they simply waited until I was ready to claim them.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent nearly two decades as a teacher. I loved witnessing children grow, learn, and discover who they were becoming. Over time, however, I began to feel a quiet but undeniable knowing that the traditional system was no longer aligned with my deeper purpose. Choosing to leave that path was not easy, but it became a profound turning point - an unraveling that ultimately guided me back to my intuitive gifts and the work I am truly here to do.
Through my own healing journey, I reconnected with my innate psychic and mediumship abilities and became a certified Reiki and Karuna Ki Master. These modalities opened the door to deeper levels of awareness, healing, and intuitive connection, allowing the gifts that had long been dormant to fully emerge.
Today, my work supports others in reconnecting with their intuition, healing old patterns, and reclaiming their personal power. I weave together intuitive guidance, energy healing, psychic channeling, mediumship, astrology, and embodied healing practices to support deep transformation.
I am especially passionate about supporting people who are breaking cycles, healing generational cycles, and helping them release patterns of self-abandonment so they can step into greater self-trust, empowerment, and sovereignty.
Whether through one-on-one sessions or my Returning to You mentorship, my intention is always the same: to help you reconnect with your most authentic and empowered self!
